Custom Orders

Production time can take up to 3 weeks especially if the specimen you seek is not in stock. Prices will vary depending on the specimen and design. Deposit of 50% is required and is non-refundable.

Made to Order displays

This option is not always available but production time can take up to 3 weeks especially if the specimen featured is not already in stock. Please contact the shop with any questions.

About the insects

The insects featured in the displays are obtained postmortem from suppliers within the U.S that partner with sustainable sources such as butterfly farms or aviaries. Some of them are hand raised by breeders.
Random insect parts that may be used in certain crafts such as wings or bodies are leftovers from suppliers or found outdoors.

If you have any questions regarding this aspect of the business, you are welcomed to contact the shop.

Problems with your display

Please contact the shop as soon as possible so we can find an easy & quick solution that is feasible for both parties.
Please note that exchanges are not allowed under any circumstances but several other options will be offered to you.

*Important: If a repair is needed, the display & specimen MUST be shipped back via USPS, the same carrier that will deliver the item to you.
Displays that arrive back to the shop with improper packaging resulting in new damages that were not previously mentioned by the client, are not the responsibility of the shop owner.

Problems during shipment

Tracking information is provided for all displays. Please be sure to thoroughly review the tracking information if you believe there is a delay as once the package has shipped, the shop has no control of its trajectory.

The shop can not be held responsible for lost or stolen items, but do contact me if this is the case. As much as I enjoy helping others, it is not possible to send displays free of charge to replace the lost/stolen items.
